Payment methods

Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account held by the company BANCO SABADELL ES69 0081 5098 6700 0136 6047; or by credit card through the REDSYS payment gateway.

In case of payment via bank transfer, the order will not be processed until the full amount has been received in the account.

Payment via bank card will be made through a payment gateway managed by the REDSYS platform with a secure server certified according to the SSL protocol. The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank’s services and, subsequently, are verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse. ROLLDRAP does not have the bank details or the credit or debit card used by the user to make the purchase.

When the amount of the purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the payment card number, it will entitle the buyer to demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the purchase has actually been made by the cardholder and the refund demand is not the result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination, the latter will be obliged to the entrepreneur to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

Once the payment method has been selected and the order has been completed, ROLLDRAP will always send an email to the user confirming the order.
