TEXIA SEAMLESS, S.L. (hereinafter, ROLL DRAP) aims to respect the privacy of its users and protect the personal data that they may provide to ROLL DRAP.

Video surveillance at ROLL DRAP facilities
In the ROLL DRAP centers and facilities, there are security cameras and/or video cameras that capture personal data (image and sound). The user is informed that they will be able to find an information poster in the ROLL DRAP centre and facilities with the essential information on the processing of personal data. In order to complete this information, we provide users with the following explanatory table with complete information about the treatment.

Purpose
Capturing images through cameras or video cameras in order to preserve the safety of people and property, as well as their facilities.
Personal data will be deleted within a maximum period of 30 days from their collection, except when they have to be kept to prove the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of people, goods or facilities.
Legal basis of processing
ROLL DRAP has a legitimate interest in capturing images through cameras or video cameras in order to preserve the safety of people and property, as well as its facilities.
The duty to provide information shall be deemed to have been fulfilled by placing an information device in a sufficiently visible place, informing of the existence of the processing, the identity of the person responsible and the possibility of exercising the corresponding rights.

Users who have provided personal data for ROLL DRAP to process have the following rights:
Right of access
The user has the right to obtain confirmation from ROLL DRAP as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed, as well as to access the personal data that ROLL DRAP holds.
Right to rectification
The user has the right to request that ROLL DRAP rectify inaccurate data concerning him/her. You also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of an additional statement.
Right of suspension / Right to be forgotten
The user shall have the right to have ROLL DRAP delete the personal data concerning him/her, always taking into account the requirements established in current legislation.
Right to limitation
The user will have the right to request ROLL DRAP to limit the processing of personal data, always taking into account the requirements established in current legislation.
Right to portability
The user shall have the right to receive from ROLL DRAP the personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller when the processing is based on consent or a contract, and is carried out by automated means.
Right to object
The user has the right to object to ROLL DRAP processing of personal data concerning him/her when they are processed based on public or legitimate interest. In such a case, ROLL DRAP will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Automated individual decisions
The user shall have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects on him or significantly affects him in a similar way, always taking into account the requirements established in the legislation in force.
Right to file a complaint
The user has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if he/she considers that the rights set out above in this privacy policy have been violated or if he/she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her infringes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
Minors
Minors under 13 years of age may not use the services available on this website without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all acts carried out through this website by the minors in their care, including the completion of the forms with the personal data of said minors and the marking, where appropriate, of the boxes that accompany them.
In this sense, and to the extent that ROLL DRAP does not have the capacity to control whether or not users are minors, it must be the parents, guardians or legal representatives who enable the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing this website and/or providing personal data without their supervision, ROLL DRAP does not accept any responsibility in this regard.

In order to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data provided, ROLL DRAP has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures in order to prevent the loss of data, as well as the unauthorised processing or access of third parties as stipulated by current legislation on the matter and taking into account the state of technology and the nature of the data stored.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time based on the needs of the website and future legislative changes in the field of privacy, and ROLL DRAP reserves this right exclusively.
In the event of such modification, ROLL DRAP will inform the user of the changes in question if they are significant for their privacy, so that the changes introduced can be reviewed, in order to assess the opposition to the processing of personal data or to unsubscribe from any service or functionality. In any case, if consent is required for the processing of personal data for purposes other than those provided for in this privacy policy, the user’s consent will be requested in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations in force at any given time.
