Shipping
ROLLDRAP would like to inform its customers and users that it accepts and distributes orders within Spain and the rest of Europe.
ROLLDRAP does not process orders through the website outside of this territory. If a user is interested in receiving an item outside of this territory, they should contact the company via the form or by email at shop@rolldrap.com, and we will study their request and provide information accordingly.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight, destination of the package, and shipping method. These costs are to be borne by the buyer. The total price corresponding to the shipping costs will be displayed in the order summary before proceeding to purchase.
Returns
As reusable hygienic masks are hygienic products, ROLLDRAP does not accept returns for hygiene reasons under the provisions of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
The amount paid by the customer will only be refunded in the following case:
- When the product is defective at the time of receipt.
The customer will have a period of up to fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The customer must contact us through shop@rolldrap.com
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
The refund will be made once the returned order arrives at our offices and using the same payment method that was used.
ROLLDRAP undertakes to refund the amount within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the return.
