ROLLDRAP would like to inform its customers and users that the territory in which it accepts and distributes orders is Spain and the rest of Europe.
ROLLDRAP does not place orders through the website outside this territory. If a user is interested in receiving an article outside the territory, he/she should contact the company through the form or by email at shop@rolldrap.com and we will study the request and inform him/her about it.
Shipping costs vary according to the weight, the destination of the package and the method of shipment. It should be added that these costs will be borne by the purchaser. The total price corresponding to the shipping costs will be displayed in the order summary before proceeding to checkout.

These deadlines may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delivery delays, ROLLDRAP will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them. The usual delivery time for the Canary Islands is 48-72 hours. Delivery hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, depending on the delivery route.
Domestic deliveries
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. In the event that the customer or authorised person is not present at the time of delivery, a notification will be left and a sms will be sent to the customer so that he/she can pick up the package at the nearest branch, if after two days he/she does not contact the branch to pick up the order, it will be returned to ROLLDRAP.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. In the event that the customer or authorised person is not present at the time of delivery, a notification will be left notifying the customer of the nearest ACCES POINT where he/she can pick up the package. If after two days he/she does not contact the branch to pick up the order, it will be returned to ROLLDRAP.
International delivery countries
France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Wales, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.
ROLLDRAP emphasises the responsibility of the user to enter a complete and correct delivery address. The customer will be informed of this fact at the time the order is shipped and the carrier will activate tracking functions to ensure delivery.
In the event that the customer or the authorised person is not present at the time of delivery, and 7 working days have elapsed without being able to contact or make the delivery, the costs of subsequent reshipment shall be borne by the customer.
Exceptions to delivery deadlines
During special offers on the ROLLDRAP website, delivery times may be longer than usual.
ROLLDRAP holiday periods will be notified on the website and during the checkout process.
ROLLDRAP shall not assume any liability for delays in delivery of orders when this delay is the sole fault of the purchaser or the authorised person.
The customer assumes the risks of deterioration, impairment, damage and loss of the products of the order from the moment of their delivery in accordance with the procedure regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
Returns
Being a hygienic product such as reusable hygienic masks, ROLLDRAP does not accept returns for reasons of hygiene under the provisions of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
The amount paid by the customer will only be refunded in the following case:
- When the product is defective at the time of receipt.
The customer will have a period of up to fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The customer must contact us at shop@rolldrap.com
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling.
The refund will be made once the returned order arrives at our offices and with the same payment method used.
ROLLDRAP undertakes to reimburse you within 30 days of receipt of your return.
